We have started our own business in 1985 with conventional turning machining.In 1990 we had first set up of pit type furnace and then 1995 oil fired furnace to manufacturing cast iron casting.in 2005 we again change technology from oil to cupola furnace for more productivity.
In 2012 we stared another business of coating which being widely use in corrosion and wear protection.we do ceramic plasma coating for Textile,pump,wire and cable,aerospace industries, the same way we also do tungsten carbide coating and welding for wear protection which is being use in foundry,mining,oil&gas,steel,agriculture, plastic,oil extraction and many other sector where people can reduce maintenance time and cost.
From 2008 we change conventional machine shop to improve quality and productivity with DMG German make machine and since from 2008 we gradually added different CNC machine as demanded by our customer.
We have a dedicate people in designing, Q.C, production, logistic, Administrative department who are taking care entire manufacturing process to dispatch.
As we are in manufacturing process since long back hence we have well experience team which cause less rejection and always try to offer our customer reasonable price and quick delivery.
